Influence campaigns. FIMI. Fabricated narratives. Each is built to look harmless. The damage adds up, from a fractured public to a voided election.
Resilience is necessary but no longer enough. The mandate has moved with the threat: intercept the attack before it lands.
Freya Sense powers institutions with the technology to defend the cognitive domain, and take it back.
NATO Allied Command Transformation selected Freya Sense as one of ten companies worldwide in its Innovation Challenge 2026, Agentic AI for Cognitive Warfare.
Defense and intelligence institutions mandated to achieve cognitive sovereignty: the fundamental right and capacity of individuals, communities, and nations to govern, protect, and direct their own attention, mental processes, and independent judgment, free from covert substitution or manipulation.
Civilian entities serving the common good need narrative control: shaping, shifting, and directing how an event, a person or a situation is understood, by choosing which details to bring forward and which to correct. Narratives have real consequences, and a toxic one divides a society long before anyone can prove where it came from.

"Cognitive warfare is not the means by which we fight; it is the fight itself. The brain is both the target and the weapon in the fight for cognitive superiority."
Moving faster than your opponent does more than make you quicker. It dismantles their ability to make sense of the fight at all. You establish control and take the initiative, by making better decisions and acting faster than your adversaries.
Actively gather information about the situation. The hard part: information is always incomplete, slightly out of date, and either too sparse or too overwhelming. Good observation means sensing the right things, not all things.
Monitor narratives in real time
Detect coordination signatures
Uncover adversary objectives
Decode every story, every angle and every shift, as it happens.
Uncover adversary objectives, and what an operation will do if it lands.
Turn those observations into an understanding of what is actually going on. The real challenge is reorienting fast when reality shifts, which depends on your ability to tear down old mental models and build better ones.
Profile individual actors
Target Audience Analysis
Prioritize interventions
Profile audiences at scale and create the Target Audience Analysis.
Profile target individuals.
Choose what to do. Treat a decision as a hypothesis and test the audience response in a veridical simulation. You pick an intervention and find out fast how it will shift attitudes and behaviors, at any scale and before deployment, avoiding analysis paralysis.
Identify adversary weak points
Design behavioral interventions
Predict audience response
Design interventions calibrated to shift attitudes and behaviors.
Simulate the audience response before deployment.
Carry out the decision and deploy counter-narrative campaigns. The results become fresh observations that feed straight back into step one, and the loop runs again. Because acting is what generates the feedback, moving decisively and then watching the effect is how you keep learning and stay ahead.
Orchestrate cognitive campaigns
Calibrate the Target Audience Analysis
Monitor narratives in real time
Orchestrate end-to-end campaigns based on validated frameworks.
Update the Target Audience Analysis using fresh observations.
Watch how your campaign influences the narrative dynamic.
Run your cycle faster than theirs and the fight stops being the one they chose. They end up fighting yours, at a tempo you set, and their confidence dissolves.
See what they miss, act on patterns they have not recognized, and behave in ways their model cannot predict.
You act on a current picture of reality while they react to a stale one. You are always a beat ahead of where they think you are.
Each time you act, the situation changes before they have oriented to your last move. Their decisions grow steadily more wrong, built on an understanding that is already out of date, until they slide into hesitation and paralysis.
Systems that detect, investigate and disrupt adversary operations. They run air-gapped where your rules require it, and you own every action they take.
Behavioral profiling: Determines how an individual decides, and what influences their attitudes and behaviors, such as loyalty, core values and weak spots.
The information environment: Organizes communication by narrative and flags coordinated activity while it is still forming.
Adversary objectives: Uncovers how an operation is trying to shape a narrative, what effect it is built to produce, and what it will do to your audience if it lands.
The audience reaction: Simulates how a population responds to an event, a message or an adversary operation, months ahead, down to individual behaviors.
Effective campaigns: Turns a strategic objective into a calibrated intervention, by channel and by segment.
One of the top ten solutions worldwide. NATO ACT selected Freya Sense as one of ten companies worldwide in its Innovation Challenge 2026, Agentic AI for Cognitive Warfare. The challenge named the full work cycle the alliance has to run in this domain, and our systems answered every stage of it.
In continuous production. Our systems have been reading selected live information environments since early 2026, classifying every item they find and flagging coordinated activity before anyone asks them to. The live demonstrator runs connected to over 3000 sources; other deployments run inside air-gapped national enclaves.
Anticipated the behavior of a civilian population of millions, six months out. For a European capital's upcoming mayoral election, Veridica simulated on a custom target audience which narratives would win, and the projection matched the result within 1.2 points. Completely passive, with no polls and no surveys.
Countered a live operation, at national scale. Under the high patronage of a European Presidential Administration, we enabled a national team to counter, at scale, an operation built to discredit a strategic defense program. Our messages performed twice as well as the adversary's.
Adoption protocols with intelligence and strategic institutions. We were invited by intelligence institutions to build focused engagements against precise objectives, inside their own environment and inside their own procurement.
Our systems are modular and built to the constraints an institutional environment imposes: the data sits where your rules say it sits, approval follows the chain of command you already have, and integration happens at the boundary you choose.Integrate one system, or run the full stack, and what deploys is built around what you already run. See the workflows we have documented from live engagements so far.
"We used Freya to understand and create counter-narratives to an information operation aiming to discredit [a national defense program].Freya enabled us to create 14 counter messages in less than a day, speeding up significantly our response mechanism. The videos made with Freya's support reached twice as many people [...] than the information operation we were countering."
Freya Sense is built by operators with expertise in behavioral science, command in national security and counter-terrorism, and strategic communications. Bring us the mandate you already hold, and we will deploy the system for it.
